Jane Pitt is the wife of Andrew, the mother of three adult children and the 'grandmum' of five grandchildren eight years of age and under. She has loved being an English and history secondary school teacher for 51 years. She has always been passionate about inspiring her own children and those in her care to read widely and with joy. After the arrival of her grandchildren, she was thrilled to create stories to entertain and delight them, as well as to show them the importance of good values and resilience in life. She is now retired and resides with her husband in Kiama, Australia. Little Pip's Bush Adventure is her second picture book in the Little Pip series of adventures.
