Dr Asif Sadiq, MBE, is a globally respected executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving cultural transformation, conscious inclusion and leadership excellence across industries including media, technology, financial services, and law enforcement. Known for his strategic insight and people-first leadership style, Asif has held senior roles at multinational organizations where he has led global teams, navigated complex change, and built impactful programs that connect purpose with performance.
Throughout his career, Asif has been recognized for his ability to create environments that foster innovation, inclusion, resilience, and sustainable success. He has served in leadership roles at organizations such as Warner Bros. Discovery, adidas, EY, and The Telegraph, as well as within the public sector, where he was honoured with an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for his services to policing and the community.
