Über die Autorinnen und Autoren
Narciso F. Macia, Ph.D., P.E., is an Emeritus Professor for the Engineering program at the Polytechnic School, Arizona State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona and was selected as “Professor of the Year” by the Corporate Leaders Program of Arizona State University.
George J. Thaler was a Distinguished Professor for the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterrey, California.
