Debra Ann Hodges-Cosby was born a twin in the city of Chicago forty-three years ago. Her parents, Clara and James Hodges had seven children of which she and her twin are the youngest. Her mother died when she was only one year oldleaving her father to raise five (5) girls and two (2) boys alone. She has three (3) children and four (4) grandchildren. She started writing at the age of twenty. Writing is a source of relief as well as a pleasure to her. Though she enjoys writing, most of what she writes is from personal experiences and her passions. She proclaims Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and serves on the worship team at the Friendship Assembly of God Church. While her greatest desire is to serve and worship God, she wants to reach out to the world through her words to let them know that Jesus Christ is alive and they are loved.
