    Louanne Smolin is currently an adjunct faculty member at National Louis University.
    Prior to that, she was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Curriculum and Instruction in the
    Department of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
    Kimberly Lawless is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology and Language, Literacy, and Culture at
    the University of Illinois at Chicago.
