Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Mina Javaherbin was born in Iran and was smuggled out of the country when she was sixteen, two days after her father burned every piece of writing she had produced. Her first picture book, Secret Message (Hyperion), will be published in early 2010. She lives in California, USA. A. G. Ford is the illustrator of Barack, written by Jonah Winter, a picture-book biography of Barack Obama and a New York Times bestseller. He studied at the Columbus College of Art and Design. He lives in Texas, USA.
