Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Morc Coulson teaches sport and exercise science at the University of Sunderland and is a fellow of the Higher Education academy. He is a Level 4 Specialist CPD course evaluator and the author of titles including The Fitness Instructor’s Handbook and The Complete Guide to Personal Training.

David Archer is Lecturer in Exercise Physiology and Physiology of Training at the University of Sunderland and previously lectured in Sport Science at the University of Aberdeen.
