Paperback. Zustand: Good. Anyone who learns to sail in the right way can win races, and in this sailing classic, Eric Twiname shows in detail why some helmspersons consistently win while others consistently finish in the middle or at the back of fleets. He explains how helmspersons and crew are the main race-winning variables - not their boats - and shows how winning is primarily the result of a conscious mental process, with a series of clearly defined decisions correctly made.Paperback in good clean condition.viii, 231 pages, including index.
