Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Fred Rittenhouse is a state certified reflexologist and instructor. After completing a drafting/engineering program at Ametek in Los Angeles and working as a draftsman, his interests changed. In 1979 he completed medical missionary service at Bernadean University. In 1983 he graduated from a degree program at School of Nu-Health in Oregon. The course of study included the basic sciences and alternative therapies. The latter were reflexology, soft tissue massage, kinesiology, iridology, acupressure, and nutritional therapy. Since graduation he has maintained a successful reflexology business.Additionally, Fred has taught reflexology and anatomy at two state licensed post-secondary institutes in northern California. The schools' syllabi included both the physical and nutritional aspects of this therapy.As a health care professional in reflexology, Fred has fashioned his book to accommodate the needs of readers with an interest in this form of therapy.
