W. Ruth Sanders is a health care advocate. She is an advanced prepared Registered Nurse (Masters Degree in Adult Health), wife, and mother. Ruth has worked in many capacities as a nurse. This book was the result of her many years with the Department of Defense. During those years her official title was Clinical Nurse. She has written several articles for nursing journals and related health care magazines.
