Dr. Norman C. Rothman holds doctorates in history and education as well as other graduate credentials in applied curriculum, instruction, and language and geography. Twice awarded the Fulbright-Hays Fellowship, he is widely published in peer-reviewed articles on geography, history, and international affairs. In addition, Dr. Rothman has written approximately 100 electronic and literary reviews, encyclopedia articles, and chapters for book anthologies. Dr. Rothman has also delivered numerous papers at academic conferences. Currently, he is a professor of history at University of Maryland University College.
