Inhaltsangabe

Leo: A Greyhound’s Tale tells of a retired racing Greyhound who is adopted by a bankable film star married to a supermodel. The celebrity couple want him only for his fabulous looks. But Leo is deeply loved by their live-in housekeeper, Kim, who is putting herself through college. Leo is devastated when Kim is framed for a crime and fired after spurning her employer’s advances. Although a worrier by nature, Leo decides he will do anything--even risk his life by revealing his supercanine abilities--to be reunited with Kim. His quest seems as impossible as his old dream of being a champion racer. But with the help of a horseradish jar, a teddy bear, and a beat-up Olds and Chevy convertible, Leo not only finds a new home but becomes an accidental matchmaker. Animal writer and activist Kristin von Kreisler says, 'This novel about Leo, a talking Greyhound, has much to teach us about love and the small miracles that can set lives straight.'
