Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Nick Fauchald is a Brooklyn-based writer, editor and publisher of Short Stack Editions. Nick is also the creator and owner of All Day Media, a food consulting firm whose clients include the New York Times, Gilt Taste, Tennis Magazine, Uniqlo, The Grape Collective, Clean Plates and La Boîte á Epice, among others.
