James Myint Swe was born in Burma (Myanmar) and relocated to Canada in 1976 with his family. He has an honors (Honors) degree in Political Science specializing in Foreign Policy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Siena Heights University, Michigan, USA. "Jim has comprehensive knowledge in the global political stage. Decades of tireless political activism has given him an insight in developing a unique philosophy to establish a new political theory."Dr. Sein Win, (Prime Minister.)
