Gielen, ScD, ScM, is a professor of health, behavior, and society at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Injury Research and Policy. Peter J. Fagan, PhD, is an associate professor of medical psychology in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Lawrence W.
