Global Terrorism

This section spurred the creation of the whole document. It was the realization that the Free World is different as a result of the 9/11 affronts on humanity. Sure we all knew that there was always a fine line between order and chaos, and that all it takes is a very few to upset a balance. But now that the balance is upset, the Free World needs to gear up and contain the threat, and eliminate it in whatever way it can. Because progress can be forward or backward, depending on perspective, and darn it, I like to see progress as moving into the light, not the dark.
