She is a 1999 and 2000 fellow of the Hurston Wright Writer's Week. An excerpt of her screenplay, Crossroads, appears in their anthology, The Hoot and the Holler of the Owl. Yeve is a proud English educator with the Baltimore City Public School System. She currently resides in Maryland.
