Gradi is a first time Author and along with her partner Rob has brought to life the stories of the Murps and Murpland first told to her by her late father Michael. This first book is a tribute to him and includes his friends portrayed as some of the characters of Murpland! This book is only an introduction to The Murps and Murpland and Gradi hopes to continue to write all about these funny little characters in the same way that her dad told her the stories. Although Gradi is a first time Author she has shared these stories with her children as they have grown up and they have loved them. Gradi hopes to tackle a few issues through the books which seem to blight young people growing up today. This first book looks at bullying and hopefully will encourage young children to tell someone if they find themselvelves in that position and that there is help out there in the form of a friend, parents or teachers! In Sammy Bromburgers case it was the Murps that gave him the strength to face his bully!
