Mc Pherson has coined. The modern themes of Pan African life that youths and Elders, students and teachers can relate to are here presented. A model of development prescriptive is presented as a solution for Ethiopia, Africans, and the Rastafari International Community contemporary woes. This work will informs readers about the shift from the Organization of African Unity (OAU) to the African Union (AU); the Durban Declaration; and the major historic sources on the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. (EWF).

Ras E.S.P. Mc Pherson is a world renowned scholar and author who has attained a B.A. (Hons.) from the Mona Campus, University of the West Indies, Jamaica; and is presently a T.C./Doctoral Candidate in Theology/Divinity at A.R.T.S. and U.T.C., USA. He is an African and Caribbean historian; Political Scientist; Sociologist; and Developmentalist. He is an author/poet/editor/publisher/producer of over 70 books/audio-books, journals/magazines/ newsletters; and an international freelance journalist.
