About Jackie Bassett: Jackie Bassett is founder and CEO of BT Industrials Inc., a strategic management and technology consultancy where she helps CEOs of global 500 companies design and execute on their innovation strategies. She was one of the first 100 employees at Netscreen Technologies; which started in 1997, successfully IPO'd in 2001, then was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2004 for $4 Billion. Her background is in investment banking having worked at State Street International. Her innovation strategy work has been in a variety of industries from Telecom, to Health Care, to Clean Tech, to Digital Entertainment, to Biotech. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a private pilot's license. About Randy Rabin: Randy Rabin is founder of Patent Arts, an invention and patent research service for inventors, companies, and patent law firms. Its small group of researchers has worked in almost every area of technology including semiconductors, communications, optics, medical devices, surgical techniques, turbines, fuel cells, and solar power generation systems. Prior to Patent Arts, he founded Micro Tronics, Inc. to custom build computers, including designing a computer kit and a training program for the Peace Corps. A life long inventor, he is developing three inventions in the medical device field about to enter the patent application stage in three countries.
