James Carlopio is Associate Professor of Management, Faculty of Business, Technology and Sustainable Development, Bond University, Gold Coast Queensland.
During the past twenty years he has worked on projects for numerous Australian and international corporations, such as Rio Tinto, Vodafone, the ABC, Westpac and Deloitte - and most recently in the areas of organisational and management development and strategy implementation and planning. He regularly conducts programs in organisational and personal change, strategy and technology implementation, creativity and strategy design, communication and interpersonal skills, and organisational behaviour.
James has published many articles and several books on various socio-technical issues and is a regular contributor to the Australian Financial Review BOSS magazine.
Graham Andrewartha is an Adjunct Research Fellow with the School of Management at the University of South Australia (UniSA). He is also a clinical and organisational psychologist and Director of the psychological and consultancy management organisation, McPhee Andrewartha.
For over 30 years, Graham has provided executive coaching, leadership and management skills development training, performance and change management, strategic planning, workplace investigation, and mediation for numerous national and international universities and organisations within both the public and private sectors, including the Asian Development Bank and AusAID.
