"Two Guys in a Garage" is a satirical look at the end of an era, taking place in the final, inevitable crash at the end of the Roaring Nineties equity bubble. It's April 2000 and stock prices are beginning to tremble, but that won't stop cinderbloc corporation from meeting its destiny on Wall Street. Told through the eyes of Sarah Matthews and Ben Carling, two earnest young employees at cinderbloc, "Two Guys" is a look at our peculiar American business behavior and its penchant for encouraging financial self-destruction. Railroads, Gold, Junk Bonds, Dot-coms - the list could go on - and American financial history is littered with the wreckage of these speculative frenzies. Investors try to ride the Bull and avoid the Bear, cheering our brave bankers and traders as our collective wealth grows. More often than not, the speculation turns to disppointment and worthless paper, but by that time, the next opportunity is just around the corner...
