Glenn Bodinson, FACHE, founded BaldrigeCoach in 1989 to help organizations become more productive. A frequent speaker and workshop facilitator, he leads an international consulting practice and is the author of two Quality Progress articles, “How to Prepare an Excellence Award Application” and “Change Healthcare Organizations From Good to Great.” Retired from AT&T in 1989, Bodinson has worked with 15 Baldrige Award recipients, is a Judge for the Robert W. Carey Award, and is a Master Examiner for the AHCA Quality Award Program. Kay Kendall is founder and principal of Partners-in-Excellence, a small, woman-owned business, and a principal in BaldrigeCoach. From 2002 through 2005, Kay served as a Judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program after serving as an Examiner and Senior Examiner for six years. She continues as an Alumni. She is in her fourth year as a Judge for the Robert W. Carey Program, the Baldrige-based program for the Veterans Affairs. She Chairs the Board of MassExcellence, a Baldrige-based state program.
