Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Jack Birnbaum has won numerous honors in his 32 years of primary care practice, including awards for compassionate care, patient satisfaction and, in 2009, Family Physician of the Year. He is the author of a widely read and acclaimed textbook, "The Musculoskeletal Manual" as well as a novel, "The Winter of Visions and Forgetting." He lives in Southern California with his wife, also a physician.
