James Gormley, is a well-known health and nutrition writer and former editor of ''Better Nutrition'' magazine. He is the author of''DHA: A good Fat,'' and his articles have been published in ''Delicous Living,'' ''Let's Live,'' GreatLife,'' and other magazines. Shari Lieberman, Ph.D., C.N.S., F.A.C.N., is a clinical nutritionist based in NYC, and a faculty lmember at the University of Bridgeport School of Nutrition. She is a member of the American Preventive Medical Association and the New York Academy of Science. Dr. Lieberman is also the author of ''Dare to Lose,'' and the ''Real Vitamin and Mineral Book.''
