This book is about the bust.

My wife and I started "kicking it" when she was about twenty years of age and I was about thirty-five. At that time, I was not really looking to get in a serious relationship. About three years later, she became pregnant with our son. Three years following the first pregnancy, she was pregnant again; this time with our daughter. About five months after our daughter was born, we got married. Now, they are the love of my life, next to God, of course. They keep me strong and push me forward.
What man does not want to give his family a descent life? My wife, even before we got married, knew that I have always worked. As for my kids, they were the ones who got me back in church after so many years. I can remember taking them to the store on Sunday mornings. They would see a bunch of cars at the churches we passed and would ask me what they were doing in there. They were about six and nine years old then. So, I started to explain what church was all about. When I got through, they looked at me and asked, "Why don't we go?" What could I say? I knew my brother went to church, so I told them I would send them with him. I called him and he was more than happy to come out of his way to pick them up. He could have told me to take them, but instead he came to pick them up. As I sat there watching them getting ready to go, I thought to myself, "Why am I just sending them?" I am their father. So, I went with them. That was about five years ago.
Yes, we believed in the Lord! Jesus is our Savior. You see, we have the right to praise the Lord. The world didn't give it and the world can't take it away. AMEN
THE RAID
At the time of the raid, I was not at home. Only my wife and kids were there. I was across the county looking at a concrete job. When I did return to the house, I was not allowed to go inside or see my family. I knew that they were scared and shook-up. When I questioned my wife about what went on inside the house, she tells me that she and my daughter were sitting in the kitchen. My son was in his room on his lap-top when he heard the door crashing in. He ran to the kitchen where my wife and daughter were sitting. When they saw a lot of blue lights pulling up in the yard, they looked at each other as to wonder what was going on. A bunch of people jumped out of cars and ran up to the doors. They hollered, "K.P.D – we are coming in"! They rammed the door in with guns pointed at my family and made them get down on the floor. (Jesus!) I know this was the consequences, because of the lifestyle that I lived. My kids were on the floor crying. I wish I would have been home to support them. I know that if I was there, it would have taken a whole lot of burden off of them. My wife said she lay on the floor about five minutes with the kids talking to them while the officers searched the house. Then they had them to get up while they continued to search through the house. They started to ask her about me. The officer took my wife's cell phone and made her give him my phone number. They made her call and tell me that I had an emergency at the house.
If they had a "snitch" that told them I supposedly had sold drugs, why did they not already have my phone number, knew what I was driving, and/or whether I was home or not. Instead, they started questioning my wife and kids. All of this was done without having a search warrant, an arrest warrant, or consent.
My wife told me that one of the younger officers was talking about how nice our living room furniture and television was. It was a black 37" Sanyo flat screen TV. I bought it for $399 from WalMart. My living room suit came from Big-Lots. My wife also told me that he and his girlfriend were moving into a house and needed that furniture. If that young officer needed furniture out of my house or anyone else's house, he needed a second job or a raise.
The officers even had the nerve to tell my kids, in spite of what they were going through, that they knew they had a good daddy, but he is going to be gone for a long, long time. The local newspaper also had the audacity to print in the paper what school my son went to. That was cold! I do not mind what anyone says about me, but please do not attack my family.
One of the first things that I noticed was a post on the internet by the officers (after arresting my wife, myself, and Earl, an informant) that my residence, in the Southwood Community, was searched. That was far from the truth. My residence was searched a few hours anyone was arrested. Additionally, they did not find any drugs or money in or at my house at that time. I do not know how they could even put Earl's name in the same sentence with my name. Something else, that was far from the truth, is that I admitted to being involved in dealing drugs....... "come on, get real!"
RETURN TO THE HOUSE
As I previously stated, I was on the other side of the county when I got a phone call from my wife that I needed to come home because I had an emergency at home. Then the phone hung up. The next call that I got was from a family member. They were "hyped-up" asking me, "Where are you at? My buddy just called me and told me that he heard your name on the police scanner. They are at your house looking for you. They know what kind of car you are driving but they don't know where you are at." About that time, my wife's phone started to beep in for about the second or third time. I told them I had to answer the phone because my wife was trying to get me on the phone. I answered the beep and it was an officer on the other end hollering and shouting in a rage. I will not say the words that he was using towards me, but he started to shout, "You know what it is, leaving your wife and kids home to have them go through this. You better bring me my money; every penny, all eight something thousand dollars." I told him that I did not have his money because he had not given me any. Then the officer went on about what Earl and he supposed to have done to set me up. He was still asking me where I was at. That was when I hung up and headed toward the house. I would not answer the phone anymore, even though he kept calling. As a matter of fact, my phone fell out of the window of my car, and I did not stop or turn around to get it. (so what, it was mine!) Anyway, I was making it back to the house. I could not stand it just knowing the officers were at the house with my family. The best I can remember, it took about a half hour or so to get to my house.
When I got close to the house, I saw a white truck sitting at the fire station down the street. He put his head lights on and got behind me. I pulled into the yard and what I saw was more than I expected. At this time, they had already searched the property and had not found any drugs, money, or the underground magic bus (Bust).
There were officers everywhere! I saw shotguns all over the yard, from the front to the back and on both sides of the house. It looked like ten or more guns. My wife and kids were sitting at the kitchen counter looking out the window, with about six or more officers standing around them. I got out of my car and an officer walked up to me and had me to sit in his car. I walked to the other side to get in the back...
