Her unhealthy search for happiness landed her in a relationship that wasn't right for her, in a body that was thirty pounds overweight, and in a closet full of random items that surely weren't adding to her overall well-being. She felt completely stuck and continued to settle for mediocrity for quite some time. It wasn't until she turned to self-help books for guidance that she realized if she wanted to become more content with her, she had to create it from the inside out. She became a self-help junkie and began reading for hours on end about happiness, well-being, and the meaning of life. This new hobby of hers served her well; her findings were life changing. She found that some ways you can enhance the overall quality of your life are by: 1) having a positive attitude, 2) loving yourself, 3) achieving your dreams, 4) overcoming obstacles, and 5) forming a legacy. After coming to her senses and realizing that her happiness was, and always will be, in her hands, she felt inspired to make some significant changes to her life: she started eating healthy and excising on a regular basis, parted ways with her long-term boyfriend, and began doing activities that she was most passionate about. She felt compelled to share her insight with others, so she decided to write this guide.
