About the Author: Farid I. Zapparov was born in Russia, where he studied physics of polymers at Kazan University. He also earned a scientific USSR degree, an equivalent to the Western world’s doctorate degree. Using his knowledge and experience as a scientist in the polymer fields, he has started businesses in biotechnology, chocolate production and most recently, super foods.
