Arup Varma is Professor of Human Resources and Employment Relations at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. His primary research interests lie in performance appraisals, expatriate issues and HRM in India. He has published over 75 book chapters and articles in leading journals, and has presented over 90 research papers at leading management and psychology conferences globally. Arup is also co-founder and past President of the Indian Academy of Management. Pawan Budhwar, Professor of International HRM and Associate Dean Research at Aston Business School, UK. He received his PhD from Manchester Business School. He is the co-founder and first President of the Indian Academy of Management, an affiliate of AOM. He has been a visiting Professor to institutes in India, Germany and France.
