John Sproson provides support for individuals and teams who want to improve their confidence and all round performance. Originally qualifying in engineering, John has spent over 25 years in commerce, during which time he was involved with a number of successful start-ups and growing businesses. In particular, individuals and business owners find the mentoring and strategic visioning support that John offers is quite unique. John approaches this from the point of view of the individual’s personal aspirations, identifying past achievements and aligning them with their goals and supporting the achievement of their personal vision. He has over 15 years facilitation, coaching and mentoring experience, the last 9 of which have embodied a Solutions Focused approach. John has taken the lead in applying Solutions Focus within a variety of business processes, is author of a number of publications and co-author of the UK Department of Trade report “Learning Networks for SMEs”and presents at conferences both in the UK and overseas
