Dr. Little's philosophy on leadership is rooted in the power of relationships and meeting people where they are. As a seasoned business professional who understands the importance of results-oriented leadership, he gears his approach towards challenging people to lead at a higher level, starting with leading themselves well. His goal and personal mission is to encourage and equip others to make a difference in the lives of those they love, live with, and lead.

Dr. Little holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, a master's in clinical counseling, as well as a business degree.

Dr. Little and his wife, Melanie, have two adult children and reside in Decatur, AL.
