Inhaltsangabe

A shining star in high school and a resident of a small Iowa city, Jericho William (Buddy) Miller is the son of a hard working, loving, Midwest, farm family. As a young man, he joins the Navy during the height of the Vietnam War. An incident occurs during his time in the military which will affect him for many years following. Managing the disability of PTSD, Buddy becomes hugely successful, but still must face the ghosts from his past. With the help and the love of true friends and a beautiful, understanding and compassionate woman, he comes face to face with his life's most difficult challenge. A great story of perseverance and success, as well as being a military book and a love story. Readers have said that they have had trouble putting the book down, waiting to see what happens next to the main character. A good read that starts slow and builds to a wonderful ending.
