Native Detroiter Caesar Torreano is a true lover of the poetic arts. He believes that his city is filled with artistic culture. On a grander scheme, he believes that poetry flows through everything in life. To his credits, he has released a poetic album entitled, “The Rise of an Emperor” which exhibits his wide poetic range of subject matter, he is the host of open mic poetry at Nandi’s Knowledge Café in Highland Park, Michigan, he has graced many stages in the greater Detroit area as a solo artist and contributed to ensemble casts in productions of “A Man Can Change”, “Poetically Speaking,” and numerous other variety shows, but his greatest works of art are his five beautiful children.
