Every year, millions of Americans set out to make that new life—that new vision of themselves—come to reality. It is wrapped up in what we like to call a “New Year’s Resolution,” and the New Year’s Resolution has become quite a powerful force to be reckoned with in our society. There are a lot of people who say they want to make a change. They begin by making some sort of agreement or resolution with themselves. Then they frequently spend a significant amount of time, money and energy to get themselves kick-started, only to find themselves ready to give it all up a month or two later. It doesn’t matter if it is for the New Year or not, but if you want to make a change, or you’ve noticed something in your life that you’d like to do differently: that’s why this book is here. Resolving Resolutions was created to assist you in this process and to help you in your endeavors to make those resolutions stick, or perhaps to even find a different or better resolution that you will stick with.
