My name is Angelo Aulisa or atmo Manik, i have live in a mystery school for 19 years in India ,where i learn the deepest secret of meditation ,consciousness, awareness,i experience experiment, hundred of methods . For me the most important thing in life is to learn meditation as a way to rediscover oneself and consciousness, awareness, it happen simultaneous. Where the horizontal dimension of the mind as a quantum leap in to the vertical dimension of oneself,of deeper and higher, a mindless, dimension timeless and space less in a word into eternity, unless you rediscover the eternity of your essence you have live invane.
