After indenturing in the private renovation field, he turned his Jack-of-all-trades experience toward the Rehab Specialist requirements of a large nonprofit. For the next 350 years, he provided technical assistance, training and systems development to governments, foundations and developers in the areas of; real estate development, production management, value engineering and hazardous materials abatement. In 1978, he helped establish HUD’S Community Reinvestment Training Center offering 6 construction management trainings. In 1988, he aided RWG to design the premier computer program to automate spec writing. In 1998, he authored "A Consumer’s Guide to Home Improvement Renovation and Repair". After Katrina, he established a work write-up system to address the major needs of 112,000 survivors In 20154, he outlines the most advanced rehab management system for the affordable housing profession.
