Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jon Glasco is a freelance writer and innovation management consultant. His knowledge of innovation is based on experience in planning and implementing new systems, products, services and networks for Fortune 500 companies, multinational consortia, government agencies and startup enterprises in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. His background includes technical, analytical and executive-level roles in telecommunications, broadband and mobile operator networks, smart cities, public transport and professional services. In 2011 and 2012, he lectured and delivered innovation workshops at universities in the Czech Republic. A revised edition of his book, Breakthrough! Innovation Management in Practice, was released in 2017, and he is a contributing author for the book: Public Service, Governance and Web 2.0 Technologies [IGI Publishing]. Since the early 1990s, Mr. Glasco’s clients have included AirTouch International, A. T. Kearney, Alstom Transport USA, Chevron Shipping, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Ernst & Young, Jazztel, ONE GmbH, Transport Systems Catapult, and United Technologies Corporation.
