Inhaltsangabe

How do frogs jump from one lily pad to the next? How do horses lift each hoof? How do cats land on quiet paws? How do swans land gracefully from flight? Explore a variety of animal ballet movements in this Animal Ballet adventure, for those who love to move, learn, and grow. Join four ballet dancers, as they learn and practice animal ballet movements plie, pas de cheval, pas de chat, and arabesque in this imaginative ballet class adventure. Explore outdoor settings, as the dance studio transforms into a pond with frogs and lush green lily pads, a meadow where the sun is shining and the horses can freely prance, rooftops where the sun is setting and adventuresome cats come out to play, and a moonlit lake, where a flock of beautiful swans lands beside a weeping willow tree. The dancers and their ballet teacher return back to the ballet studio, just in time for reverence... "I really enjoyed Animal Ballet. Beautiful story and illustrations that will appeal to young budding ballerinas, and I love the concept of using movements of different animals to help explain each ballet step to children of all ages"
