He had started his teaching as a ‘Tutor’ when he was just 11 years young. He used to teach little champs after his schooling between 5pm to 6pm regularly. He started his first full time career in Mumbai in the Corporate World just after getting his MBA – Finance & HR in 1998 as an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). He got the very big promotion as a GM – Pan India within a year after achieving Sales Record of 100 crores. Again he could not control his teaching passion and he took the permission from his boss and started taking classes in the evening at one of the reputed colleges financed by the same company i.e. IOM & IMR. Along with managerial ship he continued with his teaching & training for next 5 years. His last designation with them was VP – Pan India (RSTDP). After leaving his job from the corporate he joined academic world in 2002 at Delhi with some private colleges who were running PGD in ABM & PGD in BTM at the capacity of Director – Program & Dean – Program. He has already conducted teaching & training in 10 States – Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, Jharkhand, Haryana, W.B. Maharashtra, Karnataka, AP, Tamil Nadu etc. including 60 cities in India. He has already trained 1,00,000 students in 200+ colleges / institutes / learning centers and 50,000 Executives / Managers in 250+companies including Small, Medium and Big companies.
