Inhaltsangabe

Men and women in relatively good shape with a limited amount of subcutaneous fat – the fat that we can grab at the stomach and sides – can achieve six-pack abs in 30 days. "Gut-less! The All In or Nothing 30-Day Abs Program" is based on the regimen Darryl Ewing has used for almost 20 years to get lean quick, even at 45+. The book includes cardio-, resistance strength- and ab-training recommendations, as well as nutritional guidelines, to get to the goal quickly. The plan requires that readers be all in, because great abdominals are not about destiny. They’re about effort. All in or nothing.
