The book also draws on history to paint its picture of how to run a world class operation.

Bill Eveleth, MBA Bill owns his own business, teaching and coaching business owners to improve the performance of their businesses. His clients set goals and go on to achieve them, often doubling revenue and generating profits for the first time. His clients range from “Mom and Pop” businesses to International Publically Traded Companies. Bill has a broad base of business knowledge and experience. He uses this experience to teach business and operations management at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He also has used and is using his business and life experienced in completing two books, The 7 Rules of Goals, Getting What you Want and 40 Day [to bring out the power within]. Both books are focused on teaching readers some of the lessons Bill has learned through his life. He currently is writing his first (and probably last) college level Text Book, titled, Operations Management, Leading to Greatness. Bill had an interesting and eventful corporate career working for companies such as CitiCorp, AT&T and Qwest Communication. His most recent corporate job was as a Senior Vice President of a $22 B company where he managed a team of over 500 professional employees. He and his family lived in Belgium for two years where Bill was on assignment as an Expat with AT&T. While in Europe Bill was the leader of the working group for implementing the UTEL (Ukraine) joint venture and spent much of his time in the Ukraine Bill enjoys the outdoors; he is an avid fisherman and runner, he will be completing his 9th half marathon in January 2014.
