Sahndra Fon Dufe [ Saan’drah Fun-doo-fey’:] is a Cameroonian-born author, actress, speaker and youth education activist living and working in Los Angeles, California. She became the youngest published female author from Cameroon in 2014, at the age of 24, when her Historical Fiction novel Yefon: The Red Necklace was published. It later on became an Amazon Bestseller in May 2014, under the Historical section. The brand ambassador for Alissi Bronte Africa is also a NAFCA nominated actress who has acted in several international movies like ‘One Night In Vegas’, ‘Black November’, ‘Rejected’, ‘Unconditional Love’ and ‘Refugees’ opposite celebrities like Akon, Wyclef, Jimmy Jean Louis, Hakeem Kae Kazim, Michael Blackson, Yvonne Nelson, John Dumelo, Van Vicker, etc. She now speaks professionally at schools and youth groups around the country and abroad, via her I AM YEFON Elevation Movement, which aims at helping young people find purpose in the lives. Sahndra’s work has been mentioned on CNN ireport, Indiewire, Puse, IRepCamer, Iroko Heritage, The Examiner, Diversity News and many more.
