Inhaltsangabe

Based on years of research and teaching/consulting experience, here is a practical book for leaders at all levels on how to develop their visionary leadership skills. Most books on leadership will provide some good theory, some case studies and even some compelling biographies of visionary leaders - but no hands-on information on how to do it. Thousands of managers have attended visionary leadership workshops conducted by Dr Zandvoort all over the world and according to the research conducted at the Ashridge Leadership Centre in the UK, more than 80% of all the workshop participants who took the processes taught in the workshops (and explained in this book) seriously, experienced positive life changing events. The book has been written as an easy-to-access pocket guide with lots of space for reflection, practical information and useful exercises. Not only will you have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, the processes described in this book will also help you to become successful in other areas of your life.
