Johan Hegeman is Senior Professor of Ethics and Social Sciences in the Academy of Theology at Christelijke Hogeschool Ede in The Netherlands. Margaret Edgell is Associate Professor of Business at Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Henk Jochemsen holds the Chair of Reformational Philosophy at Wageningen University and is General Director of Prisma in The Netherlands.
