The old Lisa would walk this way, talk this way, do whatever she was told to do in the exact way she was told to do it. The new Lisa came up with the saying, “If you don’t like who I am, or how I do things, there’s the door. Don’t let it hit you in the ass on your way out.” The old Lisa was a perfectionist to the extreme. Everything had its place. Sobry vacuumed three times a week, dusted every Friday, washed three dishes, dried them and put them away right after she used them. The new Lisa did housework once a week, left dishes in the sink for the whole day and let them dry in the rack. The old Lisa kept her mouth shut and didn’t stand up for herself. The new Lisa stood up for herself and said what was on her mind.

Biografía del autor:

Lisa M. Sobry is a certified Life Coach, Past Life Regressionist, Reiki Master, Medium, Angel Card Reader and Modern Mystery School Initiate. She facilitates workshops and retreats and speaks publicly throughout North America about her writing and abuse. As an abuse survivor, it took Sobry many years to find and develop her spirituality and begin healing. Once she did though, she became a successful author, motivational speaker, teacher, mentor and an empowered woman. Her latest book, Who I Truly Am: A Daily Workbook Designed to Help You Find the True You, is full of exercises Sobry herself used to move forward with her own personal healing. Because the exercises worked for her, she wanted to share them with other seekers in hopes that they, too, might find their own healing process and start to move forward in their lives.
