Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

A senior school leader with responsibility for raising the standards of teaching and learning, KJ O'Hara has had the experience of being inspected over 20 times by Ofsted and Local Authorities since 2006, including under the new Ofsted Framework. During his last post he implemented and developed a set of classroom practices that raised the percentage of teaching graded good or better from 4o% to 82% in just 9 months and helped the school get out of Special Measures, under the new Ofsted Framework, in just 15 months.
