Dr. De Rosa retired after twenty years of teaching English on the secondary level. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English. He has an M.A. and Professional Diploma in Reading. He completed his Doctorate in 1994. He is a member of The Italian American Writers Association and his stories have appeared in Voices In Italian Americana and travel articles in Italian America Magazine. He and his wife, Giovanna, have two daughters, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. When asked about his writing, he says that he attempts to write with Clarity, Brevity, Simplicity and Humanity. He hopes he's done that with this book.
