Dave has over twelve years experience as a probation practitioner and manager helping to rehabilitate those convicted of crime. He has also lectured and published in criminal and community justice and is presently completing his PhD in Theology and Criminology. In 2014 Dave started Metanoeo, a social enterprise engaging faith in the journey from crime through practice, the community and academia. In addition to training, Metanoeo offers consultancy and research services and academic courses and programmes. Metanoeo offers those at risk of addiction, antisocial and offending behaviour, the opportunity to engage in a life coaching scheme to help them use their faith or openness to faith build a positive identity and lifestyle in the journey away from crime.
