I'm a father, a husband, a son, a brother and an age group triathlete. I have something I would like to share with you. From my first triathlon when I didn’t know how to swim, bike or run; to a near fatal cycling accident; to attempting to complete the world's longest one day endurance event on the planet, the Ironman Triathlon! It starts with a 2.4 mile swim, followed by 112 miles on the bike, ending with a full 26.2 mile marathon! Cross the finish line in 17 hours or less and you will hear the words "You are an Ironman". A monumental task by anyone's standards, but to me, after so many obstacles, it seemed impossible. So please take the time to sit back, relax and read about a story that I was told I must tell. It's truly a roller coaster ride of emotions. I promise it will make you laugh a lot, perhaps inspire you and it might even cause you to shed a tear. This E-Book is for everyone.
