She is a nationally credentialed program administrator, professional development specialist, educational consultant, and former Christian school principal and teacher. Althea has authored several books and training materials that encourage program administrators and educators to intentionally cultivate potential in their stakeholders. Althea is married to her best friend and high school sweetheart. They are the parents of two adult children.
